The IRAYPLE AHS130MG000 is a high-performance, uncooled vanadium oxide (VOx) microbolometer infrared detector core module designed for next-generation, high-resolution thermal imaging systems. It functions as the sensory core, capturing long-wave infrared radiation (LWIR, 8-14 µm) and converting it into an ultra-detailed digital thermal image.
Utilizing advanced VOx pixel technology and a high-precision thermoelectric cooler (TEC) for stability, it integrates the focal plane array and readout electronics into a compact package.
